Land subsidence caused by changes in groundwater levels can cause a lot of social harm, and the amount of economic losses caused by pumping subsets around the world is huge every year.Considering that rheological property is one of the important characteristics of soil.Based on the rheological model of four components, this paper studies the one-dimensional rheological consolidation problem of soft soil with descending water level by analytic method. The main work includes:(1)Based on the linear rheological model of four units,to simulate the rheological properties of soft soil, the one-dimensional rheological consolidation equation of the soft soil layer caused by the instantaneous descent of the dive water level is established, and the corresponding analytical solution is obtained. At the same time, based on the analytical equation of ultra-static pore water pressure, the effect of soil properties and depth on the development of super-pore water pressure in soft soil is analyzed, and the analysis of consolidation behavior is completed.(2)Considering the engineering practice, the condition of the water level of the diving layer is gradually reduced to the continuous decline of the water level of the aquifer, and the analytical solution based on the linear rheological model of four units is obtained. The influence of the starting time factor Tvc on the consolidation degree is analyzed. At the same time, the influence of the parameters of the linear rheological model of four units on the consolidation behavior is analyzed and compared by a large number of calculations.(3)Based on the one-dimensional consolidation rheological test of a deep foundation pit in Ningbo, the whole load-strain curve and the intuitive test data is obtained.Comparisons are then made between the results obtained by the Li Xibin's developed analytical consolidation theory using these parameters and the ones obtained directly from test.
