The research status quo of lithium-ion batteries and cathode material are reviewed.With the advantages of high safety,non-toxicity,low cost and abundant resource,Li2FeSiO4 has been considered as a promising cathode material on lithium-ion batteries.Synthesis temperature will affect the spatial structure of Li2FeSiO4,thus affecting the diffusion of Li+.Graphene,one-atom-thick sheet of graphite,has many unique properties of high conductivity and charge carrier mobility,huge specific surface area and high energy storage as well as excellent mechanical strength.During the past several years,a variety of graphene doped electrode materials were successfully prepared and applied in lithium ion batteries.In this review,we will summarize the recent advances in the synthesis methods and its applications in lithium ion batteries.The challenges and prospects of graphene doped new electrode materials used in lithium ion batteries are also discussed Li2MSiO4(M=Fe,Mn)was synthesized via a solid-state reaction.Using grapheme modified,the presence of abundant voids between the Li2MSiO4(M=Fe,Mn)nanoparticles and graphene sheets was beneficial for Li+ diffusion.The Li2MSiO4(M=Fe,Mn)was characterized by TG/TGA,XRD,SEM.The results indicated that the performance of Li2Fe0.5Mn0.5SiO4 is preferably.
