With the rapid development of China's economic,the demand of energy is also growing.Due to the low pollution of nuclear energy and the high utilization of energy efficiency,it had become one of the main methods of energy supply.Nuclear leaks in nuclear power plants become critical,the mechanical seal of the nuclear main pump is one of the key technologies to solve the nuclear leakage problem,which has a very important research significance.In this paper,the convergence of conical mechanical seal as the research object,the deformation of the end face of the mechanical seal of the nuclear pump is studied from the theoretical analysis and the numerical simulation,the seal deformation is added to the initial film thickness for iterative calculations,analysis of the changes in the parameters have great significance on the mechanical seal performance changes and the main pump mechanical seal of the study.Specific conclusions are as follows:1)With the increasing thickness of the liquid film,sealing open force is decreasing,after the film thickness is 8?m,the opening force changes slowly,increase slowly before 8 microns,after 8 microns exponentially increasing the leakage amount increases,with the increase of the thickness of the film,the stiffness increases first and then decreases,and the maximum stiffness is obtained when the film thickness is 0.3?m,and leakage ratio is decreasing;2)With the increasing convergence angle,the convergence angle is 40 points before the opening force is increasing,the opening force increases slowly after 40 minutes,until the stable,the amount of leakage is increasing before the convergence angle is 30 minutes,and the amount of leakage increases slowly after 30 minutes until it is stable,when the convergence angle is about 1 point,the stiffness is maximized,and then the stiffness decreases,and the stiffness tends to be stable after the convergence angle is 30,when the convergence angle is about 1 point,the ratio of the ratio is the maximum value,and then the ratio is gradually reduced,the convergence ratio tends to be stable after the convergence angle is 4 minutes;3)As the convergence length ratio increases,the opening force increases,and the convergence force increases slowly after the convergence length ratio is 3,until the opening force becomes smooth,the amount of leakage is increasing,the leakage increase trend slows down when the convergence length ratio of 4,until the leakage is smooth;the stiffness is increasing and the trend is slowing down after the convergence length ratio is 5 until it is steady,as the ratio increases,the trend is slower after the convergence length ratio is 1,until it is steady.In this paper,through the use of different methods to calculate the deformation of the mechanical seal.Finally,the sealed end face is added to the initial film thickness to re-analyze the sealing end,through the analysis of the mechanical seal opening force,leakage,stiffness and other performance parameters,obtaining the mechanical seal structure parameters on the sealing performance,providing a reference for future research and development of the mechanical seal technology.
