Today the mobile communication is trending to the Broadband and the high-speed and the Intelligence.LTE network as “quasi-4G” that had be applied to the mobile network in many cities,LTE to provide people with convenient and high-speed mobile Internet in their daily lives.LTE-R had already be determined for the next generation of railway mobile communication network by International Union of Rail ways,which is based on LTE technique.GSM-R as railway mobile communication network which will spanning “3G”,And direct use LTE-R that serving for the transportation of railway.Now CTCS-3 system(Chinese Train Control System of level 3)has be applied to the high speed railways with operation speed of 300km/h in our country.The function of CTCS-3 system that Compatible with China Train Control System-level 2(CTCS-2).CTCS-3 system through GSM-R which achieve Information transfer and mobile communication function.GSM-R has been unable to meet the higher demand for modern high-speed railway mobile communication system in terms of technology and performance.As the next generation of railway mobile communication network that need to the more powerful of connection and the better signal and the safer network that provide reliable operation of the High-speed railway signaling system that with wireless channel.Firstly of this paper is to introduce GSM-R as the communication platform of CTCS-3 train control system and set forth GSM-R that network structure and service function,and the limitations of GSM-R like a special railway communication network.After that the paper is to introduce the key technology of LTE technique and the requirement of high speed railway signal system to mobile communication network is analyzed,the feasibility that is applied to the signal system of high speed railway is discussed.Finally,use the software MATLAB / simulink to simulate that the Performance of LTE-R can is used in the high-speed railway environment,it is concluded that can satisfy the requirements of the CTCS-3 system.Now,at home and abroad on the LTE-R research mainly concentrated in the channel simulation model and MIMO technology and OFDM technology.In this paper on the basis of previous research results combined with the circumstance of CTCS-3 system,we focus on the reliability and stability of LTE-R.The result reflects that LTE-R will be applied on Train Control System of high-speed railway in the future.As well as the future of high-speed railway train control system upgrades,providing security in terms of the communication system.which can be taken as the reference to the LTE-R technology practical application to the high-speed railway CTCS-3 level train control system.
