With the explosive growth of the total mileage of the highway,the maintenance investment of highway is becoming higher and higher,which makes the competent authority facing unprecedented financial pressure.In order to alleviate the contradiction between the growing Conservation needs of the highway and the shortage of maintenance cost,the paper pointed out that to realize the maximum benefit of conservation cost plays an important role,and the reasonable distribution of maintenance cost is obviously an important way and prerequisite to maximize the cost of conservation.So it is of practical significance to study the decision of the asphalt pavement maintenance cost in this paper.The paper firstly reviews common disease on asphalt pavement and the evaluation method of using performance of asphalt pavement at home and abroad currently,puts forward that the main types of Chinese highway asphalt pavement damage are crack,rut and pit combined with the features of Chinese highway asphalt pavement damage when we evaluate the situation of asphalt pavement damage.The paper improves the calculating weight value of the three above damage types and shorten statistical unit of road surface damage assessment to about two hundred meters.Based on it,we can establish the evaluation method of using performance of asphalt pavement and it reduces error produced by applying the traditional evaluation method,at the same time,improves the partial accuracy of the evaluation of road surface damage.Based on the situation that pavement performance data samples are less in the conservation planning period to analyze,we put forward using gray system GM(1,1)model to carry out prediction to pavement performance and take a highway in Guangzhou as an example to carry out pavement performance prediction and accuracy test.It concludes that the relative error of forecast result of this model is lower than 0.01 and proves that the model is right.It improves the reliability of decision-making basis for conservation cost allocation through analyzing the two above aspects.Secondly,based on the conservation decision-making method and ant colony algorithm,the paper analysis the former's working process and then made a description of the basic idea and principle of ant colony algorithm.Also,the paper take a thinking of the development direction of recent maintenance decision method and the analysis of ant colony algorithm,to make sure that introducing ant colony algorithm into conservation cost allocation decision is feasible,at last the paper put forward a new idea of the way of pavement maintenance cost allocation.At last,the paper puts forward taking pavement condition index mean PCI after the road network maintenance and pavement condition index mean PCI after the annual maintenance in the planning period as the biggest goal and taking maintenance costs and pavement performance as constraint level according to research results on performance evaluation,prediction and pavement conservation decision of expressway asphalt pavement.It sets up a model of year roads maintenance cost allocation and a model of years road maintenance costs allocation and gives application ideas of ant colony algorithm theory and predict ideas of GM(1,1)model in the second model.taking some surronding highways in Guangzhou as examples and based on measured data and ant colony algorithm theory,we use Matlab to carry out programming solution and get distribution plans on the maintenance costs of road network and long term in different level of constraint and verify the validity of the model.
