With the development of science and technology,dynamic measurement technology is used more and more widely,and its related issues are studied by more and more people.Especially in the engineering blasting and weapon system power evaluation,dynamic pressure measurement is very important.This paper focuses on the background of shock wave overpressure measurement.The dynamic characteristics of the special pressure measurement system and the application software were studied.The main contents are as follows:1.The experimental platform of dynamic characteristics for special pressure measurement system is built based on the shock tube system.This experimental platform consists of air source,mechanical structure and data acquisition system.1)The nitrogen cylinder is used to provide the driving pressure as the gas source.2)The mechanical structure is mainly composed of high-pressure chamber and low-pressure chamber,and the two chambers are separated by the middle diaphragm.When the pressure difference between the two chambers after inflation reaches a certain degree,the shock wave is generated.3)The data acquisition system consists of two-channel universal data acquisition unit and special pressure measurement system which is controlled by the NI acquisition equipment.The two-channel universal digital acquisition unit consists of pressure sensors,charge amplifiers and NI acquisition device and is used to measure the shock velocity.The special pressure measurement system controlled by NI acquisition equipment consists of the calibrated sensor and data acquisition and storage device,and the system is used to measure reflected shock wave pressure.2.Aiming at experimental platform of dynamic characteristics for special pressure measurement system,the application software is designed to realize the reading,display,calculation and analysis of the data of three channels based on LabVIEW.The data of three channels is synchronously collected by the application software,which is designed based onhybrid drive control method which is combined the NI-SCOPE driver function with the dynamic link library.The rise time,response time,platform pressure,overshoot,dynamic sensitivity and other dynamic characteristic indexes of special pressure measurement system are obtained.3.Aiming at the practical application of the special pressure measurement system,the shock wave measurement software is designed to set the parameters of the measurement system and realize the reading,displaying and processing of the shock wave data.The peak value,duration and impulse of shock wave pressure can be calculated.The TNT equivalent conversion and the correction of meteorological conditions can be achieved by the software.The validity and practicability of the application software of the special pressure measurement system and experiment platform of the dynamic characteristics are verified after several experiments.
