With China's economy rapidly rising,people's life has been greatly improved,the city water facilities are maturing and city water consumption increased.However,the water quota standard and the maximum daily water consumption limitation currently used in northwest area can't match building water consumption and this standard should be improved to serve the development of society.As a basic standard of evaluation of a regional water resources management and water planning,the appropriate water quota has a great significance to strengthen the management of water,improve water status and achieve sustainable development.To research situation of water consumption in Northwest China,improve water management mode in this region,strengthen water conservation,we have done lots of research about water consumption aspects on the northwest of China,the specific work content showed as list:Based on the analysis of the present situation of urban water resources management in China,and the comparison with the foreign water resources management mode,we find out the deficiency of water resources management and water saving in China,and put forward some reasonable suggestionsAccording to the different population of the city,we selected four different city from Northwest China,including Xi'an,Lanzhou,Wuwei and Huining.We selected 7 typical buildings from these 4 cities to access relevant water consumption information.We calssified constructions through cluster analysis and detailed classification(function,scale,or different properties)and carried out water research.Water consumption data after screening,classification,sorting for water daily changes,water content change line or water consumption statistics,and calculated the coefficient of variation of all kinds of buildings,timely change coefficient.Find out changes of water consumption,according to the trend of water consumption in various types of buildings and the coefficient of variation of different types of building water consumption of different reasons the horizontal analysis,vertical analysis of the building's water demand,found a seasonal effect of water changes the main reason,the impact of holidays.Preparation of water quota.According to the local actual situation and data collection,selection of more scientific,the probability calculation method suitable for statistical analysis,the research obtained lots of water use per capita production of normal distribution,to meet the 90% per capita consumption when the case with water quota calculation work.After the calculation,then according to the actual situation of local water,water quota recommended value of office 60~90 L/ class,110~130 building L/ class;mall 3~6 L/ per square meter area of business day;dinner class catering 30~50 L/ person,fast food 20~40 L/,30~50 L/-day kindergarten;100~130 L/-;bathroom;higher education 46~60 L/ person days;with a shower facilities dormitory 80~100 L/ person days,no shower facilities 20~40 dormitory L/ person days.Water quota suggestions computed value and the standard water quota standards provide comparison,according to the local climatic conditions,people's living standards,water facilities,comprehensive analysis of various aspects of the scale of the city,the city life water quota the main factors of seasonal effects,living habits,water equipment installation the degree of influence,the city scale effect.Analysis of factors affecting the water quota of the scientific preparation of water quota,from water the unit quota standard econometric analysis of the causes of the error and find out the unreasonable construction of certain types of classification from the water quota standard,then combined with the current actual situation to put forward some suggestions.The conclusion we get from the change of water consumption and the establishment of water quota.Suggestions are put forward according to the actual situation.
