Engine parts plastic technology is an engine lightweight technology,It can effectively improve the power performance,economy and emissions performance of the engine,while also effectively reduce the manufacturing cost of the engine,so automobile and engine company is very interested in it.Currently foreign countries has more mature plastic analysis techniques,plastic parts design and development of technology and product testing technology,Domestic research on engine components for the technology started late,there is a big gap with foreign countries,therefore research on engine parts plastics technology is very important.In this paper,the research object is diesel engine outlet pipe,the material is plastic,first established the heat-fluid-solid coupling model of outlet pipe,then conducted the heat-fluid-solid coupling analysis,analysis if the static strength meets the requirements;the pre-stressed modal analysis was performed while taking the heat-fluid-solid stress as pre-stress,and compared with the no pre-stressed modal frequencies.The acceleration power spectral excitation of declared working condition was obtained through experiments.Then random vibration was performed with ABAQUS,then the danger node was found and identifies the modal frequencies that have great contribution to the root mean square of MISES stress according to the spectrogram;the multiobjective optimization is applied to structure topography optimization while using the Average frequency formula,then got the optimized model;made the mold temperature;melt temperature,packing pressure,packing time and cooling time as the process parameters,using Latin Hypercube method to choose initial sample points to calculate the warpage value;then the Ellipsoidal basis function neural network(EBFNN)was established to describe the relationship between the process parameters and warpage,then the process parameters were optimized based on EBFNN and multi-objective particle swarm algorithm,effectively reduces the warpage and molding time of outlet pipe.The results and methods of the study are helpful for the Structural design and injection molding design of diesel engine outlet pipe as well as other engine plastic parts.
