In the wind tunnel test system,the angle of attack system is the carrier of the model,and controls the attitude of the aircraft model,so it is the important part of the wind tunnel test system.In addition,the bearing capacity and control precision of the angle of attack system have an important influence on the success of the wind tunnel experiment.In this paper,the composition and working principle of the angle of attack system were analyzed according to the functional requirements.The general design of the angle of attack system was described on the basis of the existing wind tunnel,and the mechanical mechanism and system control scheme were also described respectively.In the aspect of mechanical mechanism,the structural design was carried out according to the overall scheme of the mechanical system,and the key components were calculated and selected.ANSYS Workbench was used for static analysis and check its strength and stiffness,the analysis results show that the strength and stiffness of the angle of attack mechanism can meet the requirements of the structure,and there is the necessary for optimization.Then,a parametric model of the Y-orientation vertical mounting plate was established in SolidWorks,and used Shape Optimization and Design Exploration to optimize its structure in order to reduce the use of materials.In the control system,according to the overall scheme of the control system,the hardware of the control system was designed.Then,according to the functional requirements of the host computer software,the software structure was designed,and the interface of the software and the corresponding functions were designed.In view of the fact that the nonlinearity of the gap and the nonlinear friction in the X-orientation horizontal movement make it difficult to control accurately,the control method of Auto disturbance rejection was put forward.The experimental simulation model was set up in the MATLAB/Simulink to operate position Auto disturbance rejection control simulation experiment.The experimental results show that Auto disturbance rejection control has better control effect than traditional PID position control.
