Reinforced concrete corrosion of transmission tower in coastal and saline area is more and more serious,and this has not been aroused people's attention.Once the serious corrosion of transmission tower,will face the risk of transmission tower collapsed.And the loss is immeasurable.This topic selected a transmission tower of the construction period in the coastal areas,by measuring the nature of the local groundwater and online resistivity of local soil.Comparing the measured parameters and the corrosive standard,finding the groundwater and the soil has strong corrosive.It illustrates the necessity of implementation of cathodic protection technology.Cathodic protection including sacrificial anode and impressed current method,the transmission tower environment without external power supply,and steel need the protection of the current is too large,so the impressed current cathodic protection is not suitable to adopt,and therefore choose the sacrificial anode cathodic protection.By choosing suitable sacrificial anode cathodic protection technology,sacrificial anode materials,reference electrode materials and calculate the cathodic protection parameters to design a set of suitable test plan and implementation.Later on a regular basis to take steel potential and referring to the potential of test pile,which contrast judgement reinforcing bar corrosion condition.There are three kinds of sacrificial anode materials mainly: zinc alloy,Mg alloy,Al alloy.Under the condition of soil,the current efficiency of zinc anode is higher,and considering the alloy elements can have the effect of fine grains and restrain harmful elements,so eventually choose cadmium zinc aluminium alloy as sacrificial anode.In order to reduce IR drop,soil reference electrode need to be closer to the measured reinforced,so the most appropriate way is that reference electrode fixed on the measured reinforcement,so the state of the reference electrode should be solid,and the reference electrode outside will be concrete pouring,so stable manganese dioxide reference electrode is used.By calculating the area of the steel need to be protected and current density to calculate the power of the reinforcement need to be protected,and then calculate the needed parameters such as the number of sacrificial anode,to design a set of complete sacrificial anode cathodic protection technology plan and implementation,later will measure the potential and comparing the cathode protection standards.And assess the effect of sacrificial anode cathodic protection.
