Livability Factors Analysis Based On Structural Equation Modeling

With the economic and social development,people's quality of life was enhanced,people gradually realized in the process of urban construction,expansion of residential areas indiscriminately,resulting in declining urban green space,vegetation growth has been destroyed,the rapid economic development of the city,air quality,water quality and other were appering issues,Haze seriously affected the daily travel of residents,ecological resources has been severely damaged.The construction and development of ecological livable urban is that we must choose the road,In the process of urban construction,we should follow the path of sustainable development,follow the laws of nature,respond to the call of the national strategy,to enhance our city competitiveness and attractiveness.The thesis summed up results of previous studies,starting from the current social concern livable urban construction.We will summarize the factors livable city for the following six aspects:convenience of life,environmental protection,quality of life,public safety,social security and urban management efficiency.The purpose of the paper is by introducing the concept of livable cities to construct index system belongs to Tianjin livable city evaluation.Firstly,from the perspective of a livable city,set up Tianjin livable city evaluation index,and through questionnaires intuitively understand personal experience of households,obtain a set of data on the evaluation of Tianjin livable level,then use structural equation model to analyze data;Second,through refer to the relevant statistical yearbooks and annual reports to get the data we need,then expand the data analysis;Third,subjective data obtained by questionnaire and objective historical data are compared;Fourth,after comparative analysis,summarized the situation of livable urban construction of Tianjin,according to the problems on Tianjin livable urban construction process,propose appropriate measures.Discussion Paper has a high role in the guidelines for promoting the livability of Tianjin construction work.
