Energy problem has always been a major problem to human's survival and development.As the world's fastest growing large economy,energy problem is particularly prominent in our country.How to break through the energy development bottleneck is a major challenge to our country at present and energy conservation is one of the key strategies to the challenge.Building energy conservation is closely related to the whole society and involved in engineering technology,cultural idea,life style,social justice.The work of building energy conservation research is of great significance.In this paper,we take the existing public buildings in Shandong region as the research object and study it with the methods of field research,literature review and the numerical simulation.We get the energy-saving renovation potential and suitable technical route and the situation at present of the existing public building in Shandong district.The main research content is as follows:We investigate and survey the basic information and energy consumption of organ office buildings,business office buildings,shopping malls,hotels and other kinds of existing public buildings in Shandong region by field research and consult literature.Among them,the basic information includes: building types,building area,building location,completion time,the energy saving standards,building palisade structure information,such as heating source,air conditioning cold source content;Building energy use content is consumed by buildings run from 2012 to 2014 in the electricity,the artificial coal gas and natural gas,coal,municipal heat energy data for the whole year.This paper gets the present situation of all kinds of public existing building energy consumption in Shandong district by using the method of mathematical statistics and analysis of the data,Organ office building energy consumption is of144.8 kWh/(m2a),business office building energy consumption of 176.1 kWh/(m2a),shoppingmalls energy consumption of 247.4 kWh/(m2a),five-star hotel energy consumption of 204.2kWh/(m2a),four-star hotel energy consumption of 150.3 kWh/(m2a),three star and the energy consumption of 137.6 kWh/(m2a)below.According to the survey results,we set up four computer models of existing buildings(office buildings,business office buildings,shopping malls,hotels each one)which are selected as typical buildings.We take energy consumption simulation through building energy consumption simulation software DeST and compared the simulation results with the research statistical analysis.The energy consumption deviation of organ office buildings,business office buildings,shopping malls and hotels building are4.4%,8.6%,7.8% and 4.4%.Energy consumption of simulation and of research is consistent With the "public building energy efficiency design standard" GB50189-2015 provides public building model as a reference building,through the contrast evaluation method to calculate the energy-saving rate,to analysis the energy conserving potential of the existing public buildings in Shandong district.we can get energy saving rate about 7.10% ~ 8.10% by Improve building envelope thermal performance,about 2.93% ~ 4.12% by improve the COP of water chiller and about6.74% ~ 11.45% by optimize the lighting and setting up efficient equipment.Base on the existing public building energy efficiency transformation technology commonly used in the cold areas,this paper analyze the transformation technical measures of existing public buildings which could be used in Shandong district for retaining structure,HVAC system,lighting system transformation of technical measures.Combined with the typical building model,put forward the existing public building energy efficiency in the region suitability of technical solution,using the computer simulation,it is concluded that the energy saving effect of adopting the technical scheme;And energy saving measures on a single income investment than the SIR value and energy saving solutions of energy saving rate for analysis indicators,economic analysis was carried out on the established model,it is concluded that the optimal energy saving retrofit scheme.Get the optimal solution energy saving rate was 11.21%,the payback period is 4.93 a.
