The use of automobiles worldwide is on the rise,now it has become necessary in our life,thus for ride comfort is also put forward higher requirements.The optimal capability of designing a mount system of automobile power-train has directly an influence on automobile's smoothness and reducing noise.Based on hydraulic mount dynamic characteristics to explore the main work,from the structure of the hydraulic mount,vibration isolation principle,the establishment of the finite element model,the dynamic stiffness analysis and parametric analysis was studied carefully.There are many kinds of ways to design or model hydraulic mount.With the development of technology of computer,it will be easier to establish a fluid structure interaction(FSI)finite element analysis(FEA)model of hydraulic mount.With the support of project of Excellent Scientist Fund in Jilin,this thesis deals with dynamic characteristic simulation on a hydraulic mount which was designed based on a passive hydraulic mount.The research contents are summarized as follows:Firstly,this paper deals with hydraulic mount dynamic characteristic analysis of static stiffness and dynamic stiffness,Finite element analysis method was introduced in detail in hydraulic mount fluid-structure coupling model,and extracted one of the conditions.In detail describes the hydraulic mount to complete a working cycle of the change of liquid pressure and liquid flow rate.Through the above work can fully understand the method of finite element model of hydraulic mount and hydraulic mount of work mechanism.Secondly,this paper solves the analytical solution for the hydraulic mount and some good results are obtained.The characteristic of engine exciting is analyzed.The hydraulic mount system'simulating calculation on idle working condition and high speed working condition is carried out by ADINA.Hydraulic engine mounting is a strong nonlinear vibration isolating component,and its dynamic characteristics varies with the exciting frequency and amplitude.Summary on the impact of variousparameters on hydraulic mount dynamic characteristics change regularity and provide the theoretical basis for later design of hydraulic mount and reference.Finally,this thesis deals with dynamic characteristic simulation on a semi-active hydraulic mount which was designed based on a passive hydraulic mount.A fluid-structure coupled model is built up by finite element method,and the vibration response of structure is calculated by the ADINA.So it's valuable to design high performance hydraulic mount.
