Underground pipelines are essential infrastructure in modern cities.It has extensive application in power supply,communication,water supply and drainage,etc.It also carries the difficult problems in the daily life of many people,such as the transmission of energy,the transmission of information,the water supply and the pollution.In order to relieve traffic pressure,the urban underground rail transit construction is the inevitable choice for the development of urban modernization in our country.But the construction of underground rail transit will affect the existing pipeline in the upper part of the earth.How to ensure the underground pipeline under normal working conditions is a problem that needs to be solved.Meanwhile,the deformation of the underground pipeline can be very apparent when coupled with a solid coupling.There will even be damage to the underground pipeline.However,there is less research on underground pipeline in urban underground railway construction.In this article,through actual engineering.The study of the influence of underground pipeline deformation based on flow-solid-coupled shield tunnel construction is carried out.The main research content and conclusions are as follows:1.Based on Winkler's elastic beam theory.The disturbance mechanism of underground pipeline under construction of shield tunnel is studied.Aiming at the vertical working conditions of underground pipeline and shield tunnel construction.Considering the fluid-solid coupling of the seepage field.To analyze the deformation of underground pipeline under shield tunnel construction;2.In order to study the subject of a certain section of the subway line 1.The numerical simulation of the deformation of underground pipeline under construction of shield tunnel based on flow solids is carried out.Using PLAXIS 3D finite element analysis software and Hardening Soil with small-strain stiffness.The influence of the initial stage height,the depth of the shield tunnel excavation,the depth of the shield tunnel and the pipe diameter were studied.The law of vertical displacement of underground pipeline under different influences is analyzed.3.The vertical displacement monitoring of the pipeline under the area where theshield tunneling is intersected.And deformation of underground pipeline is analyzed by means of monitoring data and numerical simulation.The results show that the numerical simulation results are consistent with the monitoring data.The accuracy and practicability of the deformation influence model and research method of the underground pipeline are verified by the construction of the structure based on the flow solid coupling.This article used finite element method for numerical simulation.The effect of the underground pipeline deformation on the structure of shield tunnel based on flow-solid coupling is studied.This paper analyzes the deformation characteristics of underground pipeline in the excavation of shield tunnel.Construction guidance and improvement plan is provided for shield tunnel construction under underground pipeline.The construction safety of shield tunnel with underground pipeline has certain significance.
