Study On The Spatial Layout And Optimization Of Rural Residential Areas Under The Background Of Resource-saving And Environment-friendly Society

China is making great efforts to build new socialist countryside featured by rapid development,affluent life,cultivated residents,tidy village and democratic management.On December 14 th,2007,the State Council approved the proposal of National Development and Reform Commission to establish comprehensive reform pilotzones in Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration and Wuhan urban agglomeration.Besides,the task of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society is highly compatible with the task of building new socialist countryside in this area.However,the rural settlement in this area,with huge amount and poor distribution as characteristics,has led to low land-use capability and sluggish rural development.The reasons are long-term binary opposition of rural and urban areas and a lack of scientific design.This thesis aims to optimize the rural settlement distribution in Yuntian county,resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of urban and rural construction land,integrate urban and rural development and accelerate the construction of new socialist countryside.This thesis firstly determines the content of research by analyzing the background of rural settlement distribution and current related researches at home and abroad.Secondly,the thesis streamlines the related concepts and theories and makes comprehensive analysis on the status quo of rural settlement distribution in this county.Thirdly,the thesis builds its evaluation index system to evaluate the status quo of rural settlement distribution in various administrative villages.The index system classifies the villages into four levels and points out the existing problems.Finally,the thesis puts forward the requirements,models,and plans for the optimizing of rural settlement distribution in this area against the backdrop of building resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In conclusion,with theory and practice combined,this thesis tries to make systematic research on the rural settlement distribution in Yuntian county and facilitate urbanization of Zhuzhou city by providing suggestions to the optimizing of the distribution.In addition,this thesis aims to provide references and suggestions for future studies.
