Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has the characteristics of small volume,high efficiency and power density,wide speed range and high speed of dynamic response,thus it is more and more used in industrial site,transportation and so on.With the expansion of its application fields,especially,in some important occasions,system safety and reliability have been more and more important.PMSM vector control system adopts inverter to provide electricity,due to the vulnerability of power electronics device,inverter failure often occurs.Control system has the motor and inverter to control as a whole,when the inverter failure means the whole system losing the ability to run,so it is necessary for fault-tolerant inverter to have in-depth research.By reading the paper and data,this paper analyzed the type of inverter failure,and summarize the fault characteristics.And design the corresponding fault-tolerant control strategy.After that,research a large number of relevant technical literature and the technical documents of controller from chip makers.Then,design the software and hardware of the PMSM faulttolerant control system.Finally,the design of controller has been realized on the experimental platform,and have a good control performance.The main work is as below:First,establish a mathematical model of PMSM.Then,analyzed the model of the stator voltage,current and flux linkage equations under the three-phase static coordinate system,?? coordinate system and dq rotating coordinate system respectively.Studies PMSM vector control that based on the coordinate transformation and Space vector pulse width modulation.Second,this paper study the mathematical model of the inverter under the fault.In view of the single phase fault of the drive system,this paper design a fault-tolerant control strategy based on four switch inverter.Infer the phase voltage under different switch state,redefine voltage space vector of the four switch inverter,deduce the new switch table,and use the capacitance compensation scheme to optimize the performance of the system.After that,this paper has an experimental study for three-phase six-switch to three-phase four-switch,the operation modes are simulated,and verified the system feasibility.Third,analysis the different of the implementation method of the controller.Due to the advantages and disadvantages of various methods,this paper determines the implementation scheme for PMSM controller based on fault-tolerant inverter.According to the plan,this text has designed hardware and software for the controller,completed the debugging of the controller on the platform.Under the condition of the normal operation of the inverter and fault runtime,the controller achieve the whole test.By presenting data,proves that this control scheme has certain feasibility in the practical application.
