The building energy consumption is one of the three major energy consumption in our society,the amount of building energy consumption has accounted for nearly 1/3 of total energy consumption in our society,and with the continuous development of our country,construction accounted for the proportion of energy consumption has increased year by year.What we have to do now is changing the way of design and construction,and gradually change the situation of high energy consumption of buildings.The concept of green building provides us with a way forwardThe author has the honor to participate in a green building project.The building consisting of a house and a greenhouse,using a variety of new energy and energy saving technology,and expecting to be self-sufficient.The concept of the new green building is relatively novel,the new form,combining residential function with greenhouse,has most problems of design methods and technical.This paper attempts to explore the design methods and technical problems of this new green house,and finally put forward the corresponding design strategies.Building should be adapted to local conditions.This paper chooses to study the design strategy of new green house which under the climate condition in Chengdu.Firstly,this paper analyzes the climate of the West Sichuan plain and the traditional houses in West Sichuan and determines the climate problems which the building needs to face in Chengdu.The new green house has a greenhouse part,the paper analyzes and summarizes the basic theory of greenhouse.Based on the analysis of the preliminary scheme of the building,three technical problems,such as indoor thermal environment control,renewable energy utilization and water resource recycling,are extracted and studied.Finally,combined with all aspects of analysis and research results,the corresponding design strategies are put forward in three aspects:indoor thermal environment control,renewable energy utilization and water resources utilization.Several conclusions are drawn through the study:Under the climatic conditions in Chengdu,we need to pay more attention to the control of the thermal environment in summer,to prevent the occurrence of overheated residential growth time,and reduce the influence of the comfort of the living environment and the user's physical health.
