With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the specific detection of a substance has broad application prospects in the fields of ships,environmental pollutants detection and bio chemical industry.So far,although there are many detection methods,for specific application environment like ships,the development of fast,convenient and sensitive detection technology is still of great significance.Proposes an online marine water detection method based on the principle of induction.The principle of detection is analyzed and the inductive detection system is built.What's more,the concentration of Escherichia coli antigen detection and the concentration of magnesium ions detection are realized.The main contents of this paper include:(1)The amplitude of voltage pulse signal produced by injecting different concentrations of Escherichia coli antigen solution is measured.The relationship curve between the two is drawn and the mathematical relationship between the two is established.The results show that the amplitude of voltage pulse signal increases with the increase of concentration of E.coli antigen solution,and the two had good linear correlation.This method can predict the concentration of E.coli antigen in the sample quickly and accurately.(2)The amplitude of voltage pulse produced by injecting different concentrations of magnesium ion solution is measured.The relationship curve between the two is drawn and the mathematical relationship between the two is established.The results show that the amplitude of voltage pulse signal increases with the increase of the concentration of magnesium ion solution,and the two have good linear correlation.This method can predict the concentration of metal magnesium ion in the sample quickly and accurately.(3)The influence of single factor(fixed time,PDMS thickness and external resistance)on the induction detection system is studied.The results show that the time of E.coli antibody completely passive adsorption on PDMS surface is 2h.Changing the thickness of the PDMS insulating layer and the external resistance can improve the detection sensitivity.The inductive specificity detection method or system proposed in this paper has the advantages of simple operation,rapid detection and high sensitivity.It is expected to develop into a novel and convenient detection device.
