With the reform and opening-up of our country,more and more large span bridge and new structure needs be construction.Bridges are increasingly utilized to cross over other traffic lines such as railways,highways and rivers,and the swing method of bridge construction is becoming more and more widely used on account of its obvious advantages.Supporting frames,on which concrete will be poured during construction,are built on both sides of the terrain.The beam of the bridge will be swiveled to the correct position by the rotatable structures consisting of ball bearing and slides,without interrupting naval navigation and road traffic.Due to safe and convenient construction and the elimination of the complex high-altitude operations,the swing method has significant socio-economic benefits.On the ground of the T-shape rigid frame,The paper introduces the construction technology and the key steps of the swivel swivel bridge,0# block bracket and the hanging basket is calculated.We use MIDAS software to set up the finite element model which is used to analyze the whole construction process.We get the stress and deformation in cantilever construction process.We laid concrete,and the height measuring point under the program in the bridge.Deflection and stress are abserved,we analysis the structure data so as to provide a reasonable and proper guidance for the construction.Monitoring results of Wenzhou Bridge are introduced in the paper.The paper analyze the deflection,the bridge linear,root cross-section stress,a quarter cross-section stress and the critical section's stress after the last tension and make contrast between the real and the theoretical values.Finally,the construction linear and the structure stress fulfill the designment,the whole bridge achieve a smooth linear and reasonable structure stress.In order to ensure the safety and smooth of rotation.process.We need to have a balance weighing test to get the unbalanced torque,friction coefficient and so on.So we can take the weight measures to ensure that the rotating bridge will swivel smoothly.
