The energy of ocean resource is very huge.In coastal cities of China,to develop seawater energy by using heat pump technology to supply energy for buildings' air conditioning and heating can reduce the use of traditional energy sources and adjust the energy utilization structure to realize the sustainable development of energy.At present,the seawater source heat pump system is divided into open system and closed system.The closed system has been developed rapidly in recent years because of the low efficiency of seawater source heat pump,the corrosion and the serious biological adhesion in the open system.Capillary heat exchanger,with high heat transfer efficiency,material property stability,uniform heat transfer effect,environmental protection and other advantages,is widely used in the end of the air conditioning system.However,currently,the seawater source heat pump system used to extract low water potential is theoretical and experimental studies.The heat transfer characteristics and operational characteristics of the water source heat pump system of using capillary heat exchanger in practical engineering have not been reported.Based on the practical engineering of seawater source heat pump system,the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By establishing mathematical heat transfer model of capillary heat exchanger to deduce formulas of the heat transfer capacity,heat transfer coefficient,heat exchange capacity per unit area and heat exchanger efficiency in seawater.To deduce the calculation model of the resistance of the heat exchanger according to the practical structure and size of the capillary.(2)To illustrate the capillary water source heat pump system design and capillary front end heat exchanger laying method and test the capillary seawater source heat pump system engineering.(3)In the use of measured data on heating conditions and cooling conditions of the heat pump unit operating characteristics to analysis the performance of seawater source heat pump unit and system.(4)To explore heat transfer characteristics of the front end of the capillary in practical engineering and compare with the theoretical calculation.To study resistance characteristics of capillary heat exchanger,analyze the main factors affecting capillary resistance and the heat transfer efficiency of the capillary front end heat exchanger.(5)Based on the annual energy consumption of capillary water source heat pump system,to calculate the substitution amount of traditional energy.To analyze the energy-saving advantages of water source heat pump system compared to that of boiler and chiller unit and the closed capillary water source heat pump system energy-saving advantages compared to that of open sea water source heat pump system.To further analyze the environmental advantages of capillary water source heat pump through energy substitution calculation.The application research of capillary seawater source heat pump system engineering,is not only as a guidance for capillary water source heat pump design and construction,but also as a reference on the capillary seawater source heat pump operation management and standard design.
