In a society where the pace of life has been generally accelerated,and the pressure of life has risen and people are always staying up late to work,the incidence of cerebrovascular disease has risen rapidly in recent years.The incidence has become increasingly common with age increasing.Therefore,the prevention and diagnosis of these diseases become more and more important.Transcranial Doppler(TCD)has been widely received the attention of users both at home and abroad because it is simple,fast and has no wound,no radiation,strong practicability,etc.Transcranial Doppler detection is to get the echo signal which is obtained from the scattering and reflection of the ultrasonic emitted by medical probe by the red blood cell.According to Doppler Effect and the related data processing methods,a series of data processing of the echo signal can be carried out to obtain the corresponding frequency offset and the relevant dynamic parameters in order to determine whether the human cerebrovascular is normal.This paper introduces several methods of simulating blood flow signals based on the known spectral data of the signal,firstly.When the blood flow signals are required,the relevant blood flow parameters we need are based on the maximum frequency curve of the signal.So here are a few methods of extracting maximum frequency curve of the Doppler signals.The methods will be respectively used to simulate Doppler signals,extract the maximum frequency curve of the simulated signals and draw the spectrogram.The next step is to design various modules of the TCD software system including the UI interface,data acquisition system,data processing,data operation and TCD report and so on.Finally,according to the basic principles of blood flow analysis,the data of blood flow signal can be processed and then the blood flow velocity,resistance index and other conventional parameters can be calculated.
