In recent years,the boom of sharing economic brought new ideas for our country's logistics industry,gave birth to a large number of logistics information sharing platform.The widely use of the Internet of Things can make the information sharing platform become more intelligent.Under the background of railway freight transport system reform and the rapid development of logistics industry,railway freight transport need to follow the innovation trend,broaden business idea and build long-term effective cooperation relationship with the social logistics enterprises or individuals,which can help railway freight transport to complete the "door to door" transportation and improve the whole transport network.However,a sound cooperative relationship depends on an effective trust mechanism.It means the truck driver need to arrive at the appointed place on time and logistics center need to finish the handling operations during the expected performance time.This put forward higher demands for railway logistics center's handling operation efficiency.This paper used the mathematical method and systematic thinking to study the handling resoueces scheduling for railway logistics center based on the background of the universal application of the Internet of Things technology and logistics information sharing platform.The major research contents are summarized as follow:1.The applications of Internet of Things technology in the field of railway freight transportation and the meaning of building a logistics information sharing platform are introduced.Based on this two parts,the goal of estabalishing a railway logistics information sharing platform which is based on Internet of things is demonstrated.2.The definition of the modern railway logistics center is given and the characteristics of the modem railway logistics center is analysed.The container yard has been choosen as a research object.Its operational procedure,function setting and resource classification are introduced in detail.3.A multi-objective optimization model for gantry crane's scheduling based on the Internet of things is established.Based on the background of the marketization of railway logistics center,the satisfaction of container truck driver and the efficiency of railway logistics center's internal handling resources are both treated as the research direction.The container yard has been choosen as the research object.The minimum of the delay time for container trucks and gantry crane maximum operation time are both choosen as the objective function.The time window for each container tasks are setted based on the information of train's scheduled time,the arriving and expected performance time for extermal truck.Moreover,the safety distance and non-crossing constraints for gantry crane are considered in the model.4.The Microevolution algorithm(MEA)which is evolved by the dominance gene structure is put forward.The primal-dual mapping operator is used for MEA in order to adapt to the change of environment information.According to this,it is designed as an effective method to solve the dynamic resource scheduling problem under the Internet of Things platform.5.The Xi'an railway logistics center is choosen as the research instance to verify the model and algorithm,and the valuable reference for handling resources scheduling under the Internet of Things environment is provided.
