The Research On The Space Environment Design Based On The Transformation Of Old Industrial Waste Land

The social development has entered into the post industrial stage.With the transformation of the city,the expansion of the urban area and the relocation of the enterprises,a large number of old industrial wastelands have appeared in the city.It not only affected the city construction,but also caused a security risk for the public.How to deal with the old industrial waste has become the focus of urban construction.The design idea of urban old industrial waste land transformation provides a new idea for urban construction.City of old industrial wasteland has great historical and cultural connotation.It is the core of industrial society development of the economy,and it carries a generation of struggle for the concept of goal.The spirit of the industrial age is an important part of the connotation of the city.Therefore,the value of the cultural heritage of the old industrial wasteland can be effectively protected by the transformation of the site.For the core of the spirit of the connotation,it can be reshaped by means of design.Through the transformation,the spirit of the industry will show the public and meet people's spiritual needs.The old industrial wasteland has a good geographical advantage,the development of urban traffic has caused the increase of the urban area,the original industrial wasteland has gradually become the core of urban space.It is one of the main contents of this paper to transform the abandoned areas which have the influence on people's lives into a place with good ecological value and economic value.Through the transformation,the transformation of abandoned land and urban construction will be combined to provide back-up resources for the city,and improve the urban ecological environment.This is a necessary reason for the transformation of old industrial wasteland.The core principle of the transformation of the old industrial waste land in the city is "the idea of sustainable development".To respect the transformation of the unique site cultural atmosphere,to tap the economic potential of the abandoned site,to provide more resources for the city to improve the city.Through the transformation of ecological environment to provide the infrastructure for perfect city long-term development.To fully consider the feelings of the public to provide a good environment for City residents.There are a lot of cases about the transformation of old industrial cities in China,but few of them combine the cultural connotation and the urban space.There are a lot of cases in western developed countries,and the design scheme has reference value.On the basis of the western design concepts and cases,this paper makes the theoretical research and case analysis more plentiful,and provides a new way of thinking for the practical design.After finishing the theoretical research,this paper designs a targeted program with the actual project case of China Academy of Railway Science,and puts forward some suggestions on the transformation of the old urban industrial wasteland.
