Hazardous Material Transportation Path Optimization Considering Risk Equity On Road Sections

With China's rapid economic upgrading and rapid market-oriented deepening,the chemical industry on behalf of China's economic industry is also an important part of the continuous development.Dangerous goods are an important part of chemical raw materials and their finished products,making the demand for dangerous goods more and more.For the transport of dangerous goods,aviation and railways and other modes of transport there are no small limitations,so most of the dangerous goods is the way of road transport.A great of vehicles that transport dangerous goods are on the road and become a source of instability in a vehicle,making the task of transport management very difficult.Residents of local governments,transport companies and transport roads need to work together to work together to cope with the problems of a large number of different types of dangerous goods transport vehicles passing through certain sections or sections.In the transport of dangerous goods,different participants are standing on their own point of view to consider the issue:the government departments to consider the probability of accidents to a minimum,while the consequences of the accident to minimize the loss,and according to the public's wishes to consider the risk Of the fairness of the problem;and transport companies is the pursuit of their own best interests,usually consider how to shorten the transport time,reduce transportation costs and other issues.What is the current problem is how to ensure the absolute safety and more economical transport of dangerous goods under the premise of a better coordination of the transport of dangerous goods between the interests of the participants.This paper first summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the risk analysis,route optimization and risk fairness in the field of dangerous goods road transportation,analyzes its development trend and the main problems,and puts forward the research direction of this paper.Different from the traditional risk fairness proposed by scholars,this paper considers the fairness of risk from the perspective of the public,and puts forward a new meaning and calculation model.This paper constructs an optimization model of road transport route for dangerous goods by minimizing transportation risk,minimizing transportation cost and minimizing risk compensation cost.The model also takes into account the different types of different batches and road capacity constraints and restrictions on the transport of dangerous goods,compared to a single type or single batch and no capacity limit the transport of dangerous goods more in line with the actual situation.Aiming at the constructed multi-objective non-linear integer programming model,this paper designs a solving algorithm by linear weighting method.Finally,the analysis of dangerous goods transportation in Chengdu is carried out,and the satisfactory transportation scheme is obtained by MATLAB software programming.
