Latticed tower structure is widely used in power transmisson, telecommunication, transmission of radio and television signals, etc. Because of it's main feature of light weight, high-rise flexibility and small damping, wind load becomes the control factor in design. This paper takes the project of Sutong large crossing as the engineering background, and mainly bases on the wind tunnel test of rigid section models. In this paper, three-component coefficients of latticed tower constructed from cylindrical members were researched under the static wind load, as a reference for practical engineering. The main contents include:(1) This paper designed the wind tunnel tests of single cyclinder models and polycylinder models, to research the Reynolds number effect and shielding effect of the cylindrical members. In the tests of single cylinder models, the wind load characteristics of single cylinder at higher Reynolds number were successfully simulated by increasing the surface roughness. And the tests of polycylinder models, researched the shielding effect and the influence to Reynolds number effect. Through comprehensive analysis,Reynolds number effect correction method was put forward.(2) This paper designed four groups of vertical section models and three groups of inclined section models, to conduct the wind tunnel force test under the uniform flow. By the contrast analysis, the influences of Reynolds number, wind angle, compact ratio and inclined advocate materials to the three-component coefficients of latticed tower structure were researched.(3) The parametric analysis in numerical simulation of single cylindrical flow was done, and it showed the influences of the form of meshing, meshes of boundary layer, 3D effect, computational time step, turbulence models and subgrid models in large eddy simulation on the result of calculation. The calculation results had the good agreement with experimental results of other scholars.(4) Based on the numerical simulation method of single cylinder, the large eddy simulation of four vertical section models achieved good results. The drag coefficient errors were controlled in 15% compared with wind tunnel test value. Through numerical simulation, the pressure distribution and characteristics of flow field were studied in more details.(5) Calculation cases of 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% turbulence intensity for ZJD1-1 section model were researched, and research showed that the increase of turbulence intensity accompanied with the increase of pulsating component of the three-component coefficients, and made prominent frequency of power spectrum move forward. Besides, turbulence intensity had a great effect on the high frequency part of power spectrum.
