In the process of modern manufacturing production line assembly, whether the assembly line running balance,related to the level of competitiveness of a company. according to the company's current production assembly line balancing rate is low,through readjusting exhaust turbine supercharger assembly line process, make each workstation can realize synchronous production, which can shorten the production rhythm,improve the balance of the assembly line,to improve the efficiency of the assembly line production assembly, reduces the production cost of the assembly line and improve the working performance.Therefore, the study of assembly line balance problem, to have a certain significance of theory and practice.Different algorithms will be based on the exhaust gas turbocharger assembly line of 10 key steps to study and evaluate the merits of each algorithm. First of all, using the heuristic method of hierarchical location right on the assembly line balance analysis,carried out before and after the improvement of the exhaust gas turbocharger assembly line balance rate increased from 43.9% to 79.5%, but this kind of algorithm in the process of operation will be affected by the actual constraints in the process of assembly; On this basis, the use of industrial engineering and related technical manual heuristic search algorithm method of combining assembly lines to improve balance analysis. Before and after the improvement in the balance of its production lines to enhance the rate of 43.9% to 81.0%. This algorithm got rid of the limitation of assembly constraints, but for large complicated system, the research process is more complicated. Therefore, in order to deal with complex systems,we use linear programming algorithm for assembly line research, according to the constraint conditions of assembly line balancing in priority under the constraints of assembly line homework, linear programming model is established for the assembly line,and then using the LINGO software to optimize the simulation, get in under the condition of different workstations, element distribution assembly line homework. After analysis and comparison,when the workstation number is 8, actual implementation in the factory and balance rate can achieve the desired requirements, Before and after the balance of assembly line balance rate increased from 43.9% to 43.9%,the optimized production line balance was a big improvement. Linear programming algorithm for computing speed is fast, simple programming, is a kind of very effective study method. Genetic algorithm is proposed for complex assembly line system,after assembly of the exhaust gas turbocharger case studies found that genetic algorithm assembly line balancing optimization problems can play a good effect.Comparison of four algorithms, we found that these four algorithms to improve the assembly line balance rate effect is remarkable, greatly improved the productivity, reduce costs and improve the overall competitiveness of the plant. However, each algorithm has a different scope.Although this article is to balance the H plant exhaust gas turbocharger assembly carried out research, but the research methods and conclusions used herein not only to the object of this study have the most direct practical value, similar to other engineering machinery assembly line also have some reference and reference value.
