In this paper,the optimization of the mixing,sintering,and crushing production technology of the LiCoO2,which is the cathode material for lithium ion battery was studied.The effect of mixing time,mixing amount and ball ratio on the mixing uniformity of the LiCoO2 was studied by experiments.Through the experiment,we verified the best mixing amount and ball ratio,and through mixing time in a certain range extended to improve the uniformity of mixing,and when mixing time beyond a certain range,uniform mixing degree is gradually declining trend.This article also discusses the application of super-mixer in mixing process.Through the experiment of sintering technology of LiCoO2,the effection of sagger filling amount,filling method and kiln pushing speed for the adequacy of solid-state reaction sintering was studied.Through experiment,compared the different condition of the sagger filling amount,it is concluded that the lower filled amount can effectively solve the problem of high pH value,but will also reduce the sintering capacity.In order to reduce LiCoO2 pH value,separating is done before sintering,and solve the problem effectively.The comparison of the particle size,pH value and other indexes of 1.2m/h push speed and 1.1m/h push speed,and the conclusion that the 1.1m/h push rate is more suitable for online production is obtained.Through the test,a set of joint rough crushing device is designed,and the device can effectively solve the problem of the large particle in the product.Finally,the relationship between the crushing pressure and the breaking efficiency of the jet mill and the relationship between the productivity ratio and the fan frequency were studied.When the crushing pressure increases,the crushing efficiency will be improved,when the crushing pressure is too large or too small,the LiCoO2 particles will be broken.In a certain range,with fan frequency decreased,the productivity ratio showed a rising trend,But when the frequency of the wind decreased to a certain range,the productivity ratio was decreased,grasp the fan frequency of the equilibrium point is particularly critical.Also discusses the ACM in LiCoO2 crushing process application.
