Study On General Planning Of Ancient Tang Manor In Yichuan Country Of Luoyang City

Agro-ecological park combining the dual properties of agricultural production and tourism,With the national attention on the issue of agriculture,diversification for recreation mode and transformation of modern industrialization of agriculture structure,agro-ecological park ushered the opportunity for rapid development with its huge market potential.In the context of today's ecological civilization construction,how to combine agro-ecological park with its own characteristics optimization of agricultural structure to achieve sustainable development of land require a sound theory and methodology as a basis.This paper based on the planning theory and methods of agro-ecological park as the research object,summarized the essential properties of agro-ecological park and the basic principles of planning,through literature research,case studies,summaries,practical cases and other methods.The main principles set forth in the agro-ecological park planning and design,theory and planning content,through combining sustainable development,landscape planning and design,ecological agriculture,agricultural landscape,tourism,psychology and other disciplines theory.Through analyzing the development situation of domestic and foreign agro-ecological park and related cases,the highlights and features of agro-ecological park were summarized.This paper combined with practical project Yichuan County,Luoyang City Tang ancient manor,overall planning empirical research of the project as a whole was summarized through location analysis,situation analysis,SWOT analysis,market analysis tourism,tourist market analysis.Based on the base situation,combining planning principles,ancient Tang Yichuan County of Luoyang City Manor will be divided into the eight functional area: entrance service area,ecological conservation forest,health parks,leisure area,water recreation area,organic fruit picking area,garden seedling cultivation base,the park area of life in the master plan.Through the overall planning,the ancient Tang Manor will be created into a set of ecological,health,recreation,entertainment,education,production and other functions in one of the modern comprehensive park,in order to promote local agricultural industry structure adjustment,achieving the unity of ecological,economic and society benefit and sustainable development and providing a reference for the planning,development and construction of such agro-ecological park.
