The last few hundred years,the use of natural resources by human activities is far more than the sum of any previous period.A variety of new technologies,new materials,created a human unparalleled prosperity of the material conditions of life.At the same time,the destruction of the natural environment is increasing with the development of human beings.At present,environmental problems have become one of the most important global problems in this era.In the field of materials science,the whole mankind has formed an unprecedented consensus:That is to develop new composite materials,which is environmentally friendly,energy-efficient,high-quality,renewable,in accordance with the requirements of the development of the era.In recent years,there are a lot of research on packaging materials,specific to the brass disc packaging mentioned in this article,currently on the market with the largest wood.Because of its convenient materials,easy processing,low prices have been the most widely used.Wooden light weight,easy to use,but its disadvantages are also obvious.First of all,wooden can not meet water.Secondly,wooden strength toughness is poor.Also,wooden are only disposable items it has poor economic effect.The topic of this paper is to explore the use of bamboo plastic this new composite materials to produce packaging disc,as the substitute for wooden.Now there is a big problem of the means of production and technology,there are several main aspects : First,the strength and toughness of the disc is easy to crack;Secondly,the disc warping deformation rate is larger,the production yield is low,and the production process is not stable,the production cycle is long and the cost is high.In view of these problems,this paper mainly includes the following aspects:1.The paper describes the research background and theoretical basis as well as the domestic and foreign research progress,analyzes the causes and influencing factors of the deformation of the products produced in the production process of the molding pressing disc.2.From the product structure,mold design,process parameters optimization of the three major aspects of research and analysis to reduce the deformation of products and reduce the rate of deformation of the problem,to find a reasonable optimization solutions.3.Firstly,improve the disc structure based on the original packaging wooden disc structure.Found the measures for improving the structure of the disk without affecting its bending strength and stiffness by the mechanical analysis.According to the characteristics of the material itself,poor fluidity filling effect is not ideal,and the uneven flow shear,flow pressure distribution is not uniform,6 kinds of structures were designed respectively.Then the finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the 6 structures,the numerical analysis method is used to analyze the number of deformation points of single product,the deformation range of single point of deformation and the qualified rate of batch products by those three dimensions,discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each design plan,and then find the most suitable design plan after all.4.In the light of Bamboo the plastic materials itself forming characteristic used for this project focus on the design of its mold pressing.According to the product structure,the parting surface is first determined,and then the mold cavity is designed.Focus on planning the layout of the cooling water channel and the design of the top of the mechanism.Finally,finite element analysis software is used to simulate the mold filling,to observe the effect of the simulation of the product in order to judge whether the mold design is reasonable.5.Taking the molding temperature,the mold temperature,the molding time,the holding time,the cooling time 5 process parameters as the test variable,and taking the number of deformation points of a single product,the degree of deformation of a single point of deformation,the qualified rate of the batch product as the test index,then carried out the orthogonal test.By means of numerical analysis,the results of orthogonal test are analyzed,and the optimal process parameters are selected.6.Bamboo plastic materials were prepared according to the requirement of production test,in the case of strictly according to the process parameters of orthogonal test,the production test was carried out,collect the test data,and compare the results with the orthogonal test.It is found that the size of product is stable,the range of deformation and deformation is small,and the process parameters are optimized;Compared with the production test and the results of the orthogonal test,we can see that the difference between the two is not large,and the deformation of the product is controlled,which shows that the optimization results obtained by orthogonal test have guiding significance.Verified the correctness of the results of the orthogonal test,and found the reasonable process parameters.
