Cantilever centrifugal pump internal fluid flow is extremely complex,the development of centrifugal pump is restricted by the rotor dynamic characteristics affected by the fluid flow,the range of centrifugal pump operating efficiently is limited,the operation stability and reliability of centrifugal pump is influenced by the complex internal flow.The influence on rotor dynamic characteristics and stability under different flow rate and the degree of cavitation was researched.It is of particular importance to clear fluid flow state and the fluid motivation,master the principle of fluid vibration and transfer law is of great significance.In view of the special structure of cantilever centrifugal pump rotor,under different flow rate the fluid flow of volute and fluid on the rotor motivated behavior were studied.the distribution of pressure pulsation of monitoring points in volute different position and the radial force were got,making the dynamic characteristics of rotor clear,the effect of fluid vibration of rotor stability were analyzed,fluid incentive induced vibration characteristics of the rotor were illuminated;the influence of cantilever ratio on the rotor of the centrifugal pump characteristic were researched,impeller deformation and stress distribution under different cantilever ratios were obtained,the point of impeller is the most prone to strength and stiffness breakdown was found.From the research above,the best cantilever ratio in steady state was obtained.The influence of fluid-solid coupling on rotating subsystem natural frequency and vibration mode were analyzed.Based on the complete cavitation model,the cavitation of centrifugal pump was simulated by numerical calculation.The internal turbulence flow changing with the development of cavitation was researched,volute and blade pressure pulsation and radial force distribution influenced by the development of cavitation was carried out,influence of cavitation on the rotor of fluid-solid coupling characteristic is clarified.Enriching and developing modern design method of centrifugal pump,revealing the influence of fluid and rotor structure on centrifugal pump rotor dynamic characteristics that can provide theoretical support for improving the centrifugal pump system stability and centrifugal pump vibration further research.
