Thermal energy is the most major forms of natural resources,and the steam takes the most important part in the process of using thermal energy.The paper discusses a new type of high-temperature and low-pressure superheated steam generator system,with the combination of spraying techniques and heat conducting oil.The pressurized water,which will absorb the thermal that conducting oil release is sprayed into the steam generator in a mist form,can produce steam rapidly.This kind of steam generator breaks the traditional steam production methods,which improves the thermal efficiency and reduces the production energy consumption and the requirement of manufacturing material strength.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Choosing the new type high temperature and low-pressure superheated steam generator system,which is designed based on the new patent technology,as a platform,the paper analyzes the heat exchange characteristics of high temperature and low-pressure superheated steam generator and mechanism of water droplet evaporation and vaporization time contraction.(2)The paper simulates the water vaporization process under different kinds of temperature and pressure by using the DPM model of fluid dynamics software Fluent.The mathematical model of the droplets boiling vaporization is also established.The paper aimed at analyzing the variation of droplet radius and rate of gasification with time by using numerical simulation and calculation method.The result shows that high temperature and low pressure environment is more advantageous to reducing evaporation vaporization time.(3)Experiments have been carried out to test for different working conditions of the steam generator.By using single factor analysis method,the paper researches the variation of the parameters of the steam temperature,pressure,evaporation,power consumption etc.under stable conditions.The experiment proves that the steam generator has the characteristics of high efficiency and energy saving under high temperature and low pressure condition.
