| TSMC has several advantages, such as excellent input and output characteristics,compact-sized, and high integration,it has great application value in the field of automotive,aerospace and military industries,these field require the power converter own high reliability. Fault detection and tolerant control are useful means to strength the reliability of power electrical system. The fault diagnosis strategy of TSMC power switch have been studied in this paper.The content of the research is as follows:Firstly, the current situation and background of matrix converter fault diagnosis technology is introduced in this paper, Next the paper analysis the topological structure of CMC and the operating principle of TSMC with space vector modulation. Then, the paper also tell the TSMC's operation mode and the output three line voltage of inverter stage respectively with power switch failure, according to the system can obtain the fault features, through the on-line measuring, if there has been the same fault characters, which may cause some difficulties to distinguish the fault features, in order to solve the problem, an extra sensor should be added. Therefore, error voltage fault diagnosis strategy of CMC will inspire the error line voltage signal of TSMC, the open circuit fault diagnosis method for power switch in TSMC is proposed. Compared with the operation model of power switch fault detection strategy of CMC, this line voltage method is independent in the modulation strategy of TSMC, the sensitivity of parameters is low, no effect by the load and the outside noise disturbance factors, the detection time is relatively fast, the implement are more simple and feasible. Finally, because of the mentioned detection procedure, the fault diagnosis system simulation model of TSMC in the matlab/simulink simulation environment should be modeled, the simulation results verified the correctness and effectiveness of fault diagnosis strategy. |
