Research On Risk Assessment Of Flight Training Course

With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, there is a significant increase in the demand for pilots. Flight training institutions often faced with heavy training tasks and heavy pressure in fleet support as well as students with immature technology in operating. There is a big difference between flight training and general aviation which business domains forest extinguishing and planting etc. although the flight training within the scope of general aviation. And also there is a big difference in flight training and aviation transportation in the safety management. The traditional risk assessment models are simple to use, because these often used single evaluation index and horizontal comparison method, but can't for flight training system to conduct a comprehensive and integrated risk assessment, and can't reflect the real risk status and development trends in flight training process.,By using the flight training institutions compliance with the CCAR-141 regulations as the research object, the characteristics and profile of the risk assessment of flight training, risk assessment of flight training background was analyzed. The risk assessment model of flight training course was established. The model includes the suitable hazard identification method, four dimensional evaluation criteria and the weighting coefficient calculation method, and the risk level indicators calculation method. The model was carried out in someone real flight training institution,57 hazards were identified, causes and possible outcomes of risks were analyzed, evaluation system weights were calculated, risk level indicators were calculated, and the results were compared, and validity of the model was prove. The fifth part, the risk of developing monitoring pattern was mapped and risk management platform was developed.Evaluation model of this study can be resolved the problem of risk analysis and evaluation process to select the appropriate method according to the characteristics of flight training process; can solve the risks comprehensive in flight training process, thereby reducing risk factors in flight training, improve the quality of flight training.
