The quartz flexible accelerometer has been widely used in modern inertial navigation systems, because of its high measurement accuracy and reliability. In the context of its current progress, its manufacturing technology has reached a certain high level, therefore, simply raise its absolute precision is limited a lot. So, in this paper, in order to help improve the quality and performance of the quartz flexible accelerometer, a method of signal process and analysis is explored for the aspects of its usage accuracy improvement and stability.For the problem of instability of the quartz flexible accelerometer in this paper, carry on multi-direction vibration acceleration sensor test. From the aspect of model equations and vibration test signal, using a variety of signal processing algorithms to excavate the signal characteristics of the different working states of the accelerometer, using intelligent learning algorithm identify the work state of accelerometer. At the same time, taking advantage of multi-directional vibration test data, identification of high order acceleration sensor error factor, to build high precision vibration model equations, exploring the possibility of using the model error coefficient identify the work status of accelerometer.For multi-directional sensor vibration test signal of the quartz flexible acceleration, proposed the method of multi-scale entropy and fuzzy entropy based on the means of traditional time and frequency to establish rich quartz flexible accelerometer operation status signal collection, fusion of the clustering and neural network learning algorithm to discern the work status of acceleration. At the same time, the use of total least squares algorithm to identify high order acceleration sensor error coefficient, established a high precision mathematical model equations. At last, in order to rapid identification of work condition of the acceleration in practice, design of the acceleration state recognition software, through gathering acceleration sensor output signal can be real-time access to the working state of the acceleration, it's help to researchers find problems in time and improve the accelerometer structure, thereby improving the overall performance of quartz flexible accelerometer.The result of the research show that the related analysis which were carried out in this paper can accurately identify the work state of accelerometer, help improve the quality and production efficiency of quartz flexible accelerometer. And then, help to form the technology approach that can improve the quality of quartz flexible accelerometer.
