Application And Energy Saving Analysis Of Heat Metering Technology In Engineering

Since 2007, the Central Finance Institution invested over 18 billion yuan to do the heat metering and energy saving reconstruction of existing residential building in northern of china, making the area of existing and new buildings with heat metering to 0.31 billion m2. However, the energy saving reconstruction of existing and new building did not reach the expected effect, there are many heat metering devices are non-occupation. The reasonable heat price is the key factor to carry out heat metering, and it is the gist for the users to evaluate the heat metering. Besides, the heat price is the key factor to generalize the heat metering, because it can balance the benefit between the heat users and the heat-supply enterprises and enhance the enthusiasm of heat users and heat-supply enterprises to saving energy. This article researches the reconstruction scheme of heat metering project, the way of heat metering, the energy saving rate after heat metering reconstruction and the problems existing in the process of heat metering reconstruction based on the two community of heat metering reconstruction in Beijing.Firstly, this atrticle introduces the current situation of heat metering at home and abroad, put outs the importance of carrying out heat meteing, evalutates and refers the relative laws and regulations of heat metering at abroad and the ways of heat meting and standards of charging.Secondly, the atricle researches the technology and ways of heat meteing, introduces the principles and approaches of building heat metering and dicusses and constrctes the priciples, characters and applied range of common heat meterng ways.Thirdly, this article researches the existing problems and tested data of prophase investigation, puts out the reasonable scheme of heat metering reconstruction and analyzes the energy saving effect after heat metering reconstruction.Lastly, this article explores deeply the existing problems in the process of heat metering at home, analyzes the reason and puts out the problems urgent to be solved in the developing process of heat metering. What is more, this article puts forward some measures of laws and regulations to promote the development of heat metering.
