With the social development and the rapid growth of the economic, the number of car increases constantly. Urban traffic network is undergoing a new round of technological revolution from Internet to Internet of Things, then to Internet of Vehicles.Firstly, the subject deeply analyzes development dilemma of our intelligent transportation industry and advanced technology of foreign countries. Then it combines Internet of Vehicles technology with intelligent transportation industry and puts forward a kind of vehicle intelligent terminal design scheme for the taxi application based on Suzhou Intelligent Transport Project of unified platform.The vehicle intelligent terminal remains the functions of the traditional taxi vehicle device and adds the functions of mobile taxi-hailing applications. It can meet people's travel demand. At the same time, it uses Internet of Vehicles technology to collect and analyze taxi information and monitors the taxi real-time for regulating the taxi industry market.The article analyzes the current development of the taxi industry and introduces the related technologies about the intelligent vehicle terminal. It designs hardware circuit according to the design requirements and analyzes design process of the system software in detail. It puts forward the implementation of the taxi zone monitoring alarm. Finally, it tests the functions and actual operating of the entire system.The taxi vehicle intelligent terminal has been applied in Suzhou. The final actual operating result shows that the taxi intelligent terminal has completed the initial design requirements.
