Quality Management And Support System Design For Large Electric Mechanical Equipments Assemble Engineering

This thesis studies the large scale electrical and mechanical equipment assemble project quality management methods in combination with the actual enterprise management requirements. The goal is to provide domestic enterprises with the scientific, formal and practical measures for highly effective quality management theoretically and practically.The concrete business requirements are based on some representative enterprises in domestic industry such as Hengyi company as an example in this thesis. This company's management problems are typical among the enterprises in the industry. With the goal to establish reasonable solutions to the equipment engineering project and the backgrounds in real applications, this thesis does the following works. At first it analysis and summaries the problems faced currently and in the future in the equipment assemble engineering industry. Secondly it designs the solution to these problems based on the above analysis and applications and via the project management theory. Thirdly on basis of the designed solution the design of an information system is presented which supports the solution's implementation. The thesis is focused on the proposed management methods and the quantitative methods in solving the related problems and information support system's development.The contents studied in this thesis have been applied to the elementary applications by the real enterprise with comparatively good results, which lays down good foundations for these methods improvement in the future.
