With the development of Chinese economy, the requirement for numerically-controlled machine' machining accuracy is higher and higher, and the reliability and sensitivity of Power tool turret are more and more valued. As the main bearing of power module and transposition module in Power tool turret, rolling bearings' mechanical properties have important influence on the whole performance of Power tool turret. So, the research on the mechanical characteristics of rolling bearings is very necessary when we research the reliability and sensitivity of Power tool turret. Under the working conditions of 6203 bearing in Power tool turret, the main contents of this paper are following:(1) The analysis of kinematics and mechanics of transposition module in Power tool turret can get revolving speed and loading of 6203 bearing. The result is used as the working conditions of theoretical analysis and simulated analysis.(2) The statics analysis for deep groove ball bearing by using Hertz theory can get bearing's internal stress distribution, the maximum contact stress and contact deformation and stiffness under radial load.(3) Using elastic lubrication theory reduces the minimum oil film thickness and oil film stiffness of bearing. Synthetical stiffness is the integration of oil film stiffness and contact stiffness. The result of bearing's oil film damping by using Reynolds improves the accuracy of the dynamic equation.(4) Establishing the dynamic equation of deep groove ball bearing, and simplifying this dynamic equation. Than this equation is solved by using Newmark-?. Using MATLAB can draw axis displacement curves, and different axis displacement curves are drawn by changing the parameters in the equation because of different working conditions.(5) Using ANSYS realizes 6203 bearing's statics simulation, than using explicit dynamics module in ANSYS realizes 6203 bearing's dynamics simulation. According to the results of simulations, theoretical results are available.In conclusion, this paper analyses the contact mechanics, dynamic, stiffness, damping and ANSYS. The results can provide the theoretical directions can accept within the scope of error, and provide the theoretical bases for fault diagnosis and lifetime analysis of ball bearings, and have some theoretical significance and application value in engineering.
