With the increasingly exhausted non-renewable energy, wind energy is a renewable energy that get more and more the attention of people, Wind power has been on the path of scale development in our country, it is the important emerging industries that has become the optimization of energy structure and promote the sustainable development.But with the increase of capacity of grid-connected wind farms, it also offers many unfavorable factors, such as power quality and system protection, etc., these factors all restrict the acceptance of wind power capacity, this paper studies the large-scale wind power grid quantitative analysis of the influence on the peak shaving at the same time, established the calculation model of the ability to accept to load as constraint conditions, the main research contents are as follows.First the article briefly describes the necessity and feasibility of developing wind power,it also expounds the current situation and existing problems of wind power combining with China's actual conditions in liaoning province, this paper introduces the wind power planning in liaoning province and its influence to the power grid, the main influence is power grid peak shaving?reactive voltage?harmonic and the transient stability level of power grid; It analyzes the peak shaving and has a quantitative analysis through the specific algorithm.In this paper, the Liaoning electric load historical data is statisticed, analyzes the level of 2013 and after a few years for the peak valley load difference dataand studys the impact of grid-connected wind farms. The atticle determines the load is the main factors influencing the acceptance of wind power grid, and puts forward the load as the restriction condition of the calculation of wind power to accept ability method, corresponding calculation model is given, and acceptance of wind power capacity for grid research provides a theoretical basis.By studying the calculation method of the wind to accept ability, taking a example of Liaoning area power grid,according to the planning level years of load forecasting and power planning, Calculate the acceptance ability of the 2014, 2015, 2020 years, and gives the acceptance of Liaoning wind power capacity curve, and presents the measures to raise the capacity of wind power to accept.
