In order to adapt to plan use?space division, landscape view of high-rise and superhigh-rise building,it is tend to use the frame-core wall structure.This structure is widelyused in office buildings, hotels, multi-purpose buildings. But with the building's heightbeing higher, the vertical deformation differences of different vertical members becomea problem that must be considered.Firstly, this thesis introduces the mechanism of concrete shrinkage and creep,various influence factors and evaluation methods of shrinkage and creep,calculatingtheory of creep under variable stress. Then by calculating a simple structure, comparingdifferences of the results from different loading methods,considering creep andshrinkage and time-varying characteristics of concrete materials whether or not, Theresult shows that it is necessary to calculate vertical deformation of structures by usingconstruction simulation.Secondly, by choosing a practical engineering concrete frame-core wall structureas the calculating prototype, This thesis summarizes deformation law by analysising thevertical elastic,shrinkage and creep deformation of structure with finite elementsoftware Midas/gen. and proposes a precise construction process simulating method ofthe infill wall lagging the main structure and using the ACI+PCA models of shrinkageand creep. Considering influence factors of vertical deformation by calculate the model,giving the results: the speed of construction and the reinforcement ratio have greaterinfluence; the total deformation grow larger when the speed of construction bocome faster, the creep become bigger when the reinforcement ratio is smaller; and relativehumidity has smaller influence.Then, the deformation difference of different periods between wall and column iscompared, the changing rules of beam's bending and shear and column's axial force arefound by calculating with different analytical methods. Analyzing the verticaldeformation difference and internal forces caused by deformation with specialprocessing for column of concrete filled steel tube column frame-core wall structure.Proposing a method that the girder's gid-connecte of wall side with the wall'sout-of-plane is lagged5-layer,solving the problem of excessive end moment of girder lclose to the wall.Finally, in this thesis, on the basis of analysis achievements for verticaldeformation difference of frame-core wall, giving some counter measures aboutdeformation difference problem from concrete materials, structural design andconstruction aspects.
