Due to its unique mechanism,high efficiency and low toxicity,anthranilic diamide compounds have always been a research hotspot in the field of insecticides for pesticides,mainly including its structural modification,technological research,activity testing,and toxicology studies.In addition,the types of effective acaricides on the market today are insufficient,and the existing acaricides have already exhibited different degrees of resistance.In order to reduce the resistance caused by the use of a single product for a long period of time,it is of great significance to modify and reconstruct the spirocyclic tetronic acaricides,which is a major acaricide.In this paper,by following the principle of bioisosterism and combination of bioactive sub-structures,we used chlorantraniliprole as the lead compound to synthesize seven new2-bromoethoxy-orthoamidobenzamide derivatives and four maleic hydrazide-orthoamidobenzamide derivatives.At the same time,we used spirooxime esters as lead compounds to synthesize five new spirocyclic tetronic derivatives and determined the best process conditions.Its structure was determined by means of 1H NMR,13C NMR,HRMS,GC-MS and Elemental analysis.The insecticidal and acaricidal activities of related compounds were tested according to indoor bioassay method.The target compounds?8a and?8d were found with good activity in spodoptera exigua and chilo suppressalis.The other four new compounds,at the concentration of 1 mg/L,the lethality rate of target compound?6d to plutella xylostella was 85.6%,which was comparable to that of commercialized chlorantraniliprole,and the control effect of helicoverpa armigera was 82.2%under the mass concentration of 10 mg/L,and the compounds had certain bactericidal activity,but the effect was not outstanding.In the test of the activity of killing mites of the target compound,the compound?6d has a93.6%effect on tetranychus cinnabarinus in the 1 mg/L mass concentration.
