Study On The Synthesis Of Penoxsulam Intermediate 2-Amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]Triazolo[1,5-c]Pyrimidine

Pentafluoro sulfentrazone,also known as penoxsulam,Chemical Name:3-?2,2-difluoro-ethoxy?-N-?5,8-dimethoxy[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine-2-yl?-?,?,?-trifluorotoluene-2-sul fonamide,is one of the important herbicide producted by Dow AgroSciences company.In this paper,we design a new method of synthesis of 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine,a important intermediate of penoxsulam,and synthezed 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine with good yield.The thesis mainly consists of the following two parts:Chapter 1:The development of the synthesis of penoxsulam.This chapter mainly summarizes the different synthesis routes of penoxsulam and specifically focuses on the characteristics and advantages about the synthesis routes of penoxsulam reported in literature.Chapter 2:Synthesis of 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine.This chapter design a new method of synthesis of 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine,a important intermediate of penoxsulam.We synthezed 2-amino-5,8-dimethoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo-[1,5-c]-pyrimidine with good yield,which was characterized by ¹H NMR,¹³C NMR,and IR spectrum.The synthesis route has the advantages of good total yield,cheap materials,low polution.
