In order to improve oil recovery,deep flooding field test was performed in different areas of Sinkiang Oil field.The oil recovery is higher than 5% using this new technology.This technology has good prospects in terms of the old water cut rising,but the development of technology is restricted by the bottleneck.The most commonly used deep flooding technology has achieved remarkable results in practical application in the field,but there are also inadequate.Microsphere system,based on the cross-linked polymer solution,is a new developmental profile displacement technique in recent years.New deep microsphere technology system can inject water flow deep turn by plugging,deformation and migration.The fluid flowing diverting in deep zone is carried out,and the swept volume is increased.The cost is reduced when applying microsphere system.In this paper,the different particle size range microspheres are synthesized using inverse emulsion polymerization method according to the pore structure characteristics of Sinkiang Oil field conglomerate reservoir.Synthetic polymeric microspheres have good sphericity and dispersion in water.The properties of synthetic polymeric microspheres are evaluated.The analysis results show a good performance in swelling properties and resistance to salinity and temperature.The temperature can exceed 90 ? and expansion of multiples can reach 1.5 times at a concentration of 10000mg/L NaCl solution.The indoor static evaluation of matching ability between pore-scale microsphere flooding system and the reservoir pore throat is carried out.Particle size and pore throat matching relations are proposed,which providing technical support for the determination of the microspheres,size for flooding.It is founded that the order of influencing factors on the microspheres block are the diameter of the aperture ratio,microsphere concentration and flow rate,respectively.The most suitable condition is the ratio of diameter / aperture ranging from 1 to 3.Core tests show microspheres system has good transport and sealing capacity in the core.Flooding experiments show nanospheres flooding is suitable when the core permeability is under 500 m D.When the core permeability is between 150mD~3500mD,micron microspheres flooding is more suitable.Field test results indicate that PI values and FD values of the test wells group have been effectively improved.The oil incremental effect is obvious,and the production situation is changed for better.It is expected that this technology has great prospects and promotional value in the secondary development of Sinkiang Oil field process.
