After years of waterflooding,the reservoir characteristics and the environment of the 437Block of Shuanghe Oilfield have been changed constantly.The contradictions between layers and layers become more and more prominent,leading to the nonuniformity of injection profile and higher heterogeneity.The injected water flows across the high permeability layers,making water channeling seriously.The conventional profile control technologies are different to solve the problem of further flow of reservoir fluids.In order to improve waterflooding efficiency and recover the regular production of the block,the research on deep profile control technologies in this block are urgent.After analyzing the difficulties and shortcomings of profile control technologies in the437 Block of Shuanghe Oilfield based on the existing problems.The profile control agent system was screened and evaluated,the compound gel profile control agent and slow expansion of flexible viscoelastic particle profile control agent were optimized for the 437Block.Laboratory evaluation results shown that compound gel profile control agent was with the good heat resistance,the gelling properties were not limited by the formation temperature seriously,it could gelling at 100?and keep good long-term stability.It was with good salt resistance,high plugging efficiency and good injection and erosion resistance.Slow expansion of flexible viscoelastic particle profile control agent was with high strength and good toughness,the water absorption and strength of particles were not affected by the temperature of water at 60~100?,it was with good long-term thermal stability,high shear resistance and cracking resistance.Based on the study of Shuanghe 437 block profile control agent system,the design of deep profile control field test in the TS77 well group was carrying out in December 2016.After the implement of deep profile control field test in the TS77 well group,the started pressure of the TS77 injection well rose from 8.8MPa to 18.4MPa,the water injectivity index decreased from the 28.0m~3?(d·MPa)to12.1m~3?(d·MPa)and it decreased about 56.8%before the field test.The daily oil production increased from 5.47t to 15.57t after the field test and the total water cut decreased about 8.3%.By the end of May 2017 the pilot well group was still in the stage of increasing production,and the effective period was more than 6 months.Compound gel profile control agent and slow expansion of flexible viscoelastic particle profile control agent met the needs of 437 block reservoir profile,oil increment and water reduction are notable,it plays an important guiding role in integrated management of deep profile control in this block.
