With the development of oilfields entering the high water cut period,the problem of fouling of oilfield production fluids in the pipe network is becoming more and more serious.How to effectively deal with scaling problems to protect production pipe networks has become an important part of oilfield production.In order to solve this problem,Xinjiang Oilfield puts forward the technique of collecting and accumulating scale.Aiming at the problems in the application of this technology,corresponding optimization research projects were carried out.It is clear that the mechanism of flow fouling involved has become the primary issue in the application of this technology.In this paper,the flow-through unit in the assembly-scale device is studied and the produced water in the target block is taken as the research object.The flow fouling mechanism is studied.Firstly,the flow field analysis of the flow-through unit was carried out with Fluent software.The velocity distribution in the flow-through unit was clarified,and the range of the recirculation swirl area and the shear stress distribution of the wall surface were revealed.Secondly,according to literature analysis,actual physical process analysis and flow field distribution,the four control mechanisms of flow scaling,shear dispersion,molecular diffusion,ion surface reaction,and shear erosion were proposed.A detailed mathematical description of the mechanism and a scaling mechanism model was given.Then,according to the established model.the corresponding indoor dynamic scaling simulation experiment and static scaling experiment were carried out.Finally,the scaling factors and constants in the model are solved by using the experimental results.The reliability of the model is verified by using a random experiment to obtain a complete model of flow fouling of the flow-through unit.In this paper,combined with the experimental results of static coupon scaling,the modelwas analyzed and the conclusion was reached:shear dispersion and surface reaction promoted scaling deposition,while molecular diffusion and shear erosion weakened the scaling deposition;The reason is the concentration distribution of crystal particles and crystalline ions in the solution,and the temperature and flow rate have a great influence on the concentration distribution,the temperature determines the microscopic thermal motion distribution of the concentration,the flow rate determines the macroscopic migration and changes in the concentration.The sedimentary area of the scaling in the flow-through unit is mainly concentrated in the area where the sudden swell and shrinkage generate reflux eddies.
