Offshore piling equipment is one of the indispensable equipment in offshore oil and gas operation platform and wind power infrastructure,which is mainly used in large weight,length of pile.The steel pile turning device is the main development direction of offshore piling equipment.As a large work tool in complex environment,good mechanical properties are important characteristics of steel pile turning device,reasonable clamping mechanism and turning mechanism are important basis to realize this characteristic.The design and research of ship steel pile flip has great significance and practical value.In this paper,domestically developedsteel pile turning device was studied as research object,from the three aspects of the overall scheme design,mechanical analysis and performance test.The structural forms and parameters of steel pile turning device at home and abroad were investigated and researched,then mechanical properties of the steel pile turning device(the structural form,design dimension and material selection of each key component)were determined.Through analysis,the overall clamping force and the selection range of steel pile clamping position were selected,and the mechanical characteristics of the upper clamp,lower clamp,spherical hinge and other key components were analyzed.The mechanical transfer relationship between components was deduced.Through finite element model calculation and analysis,the stress variation of each component under working condition obtained,which lay the foundation for dynamic performance analysis of steel pile turning device.The bearing capacity of steel pile turning device has studied,the radial force and contact mechanics characteristics of steel piles under known loads were analyzed.At the same time,under the same stress condition,different section of the steel pile clamping position deformation and contact stress change law were analyzed,the compatibility of the clamping mechanism and the steel pile was analyzed.Based on dynamics theory,according to the characteristics of marine steel pile turning device,a vibration model containing key kinematic pairs was constructed.The intrinsic modal parameters of steel pile turning device were obtained by the combination of theoretical modal analysis and numerical model analysis;According to the environmental characteristics of wave vibration,based on finite element model of steel pile turning device,has studyed on seakeeping of steel pile turning device under wave loads through the harmonic response analysis method.On this basis,the strength analysis of the turning mechanism of steel pile turning device was carried out.And verify the structure strength of steel pile turning device of extreme wave load conditions.The steel pile turning device was used as the test object.Using the special test platform,through land holding force test and sea trial test,experimental study on the performance of marine steel pile turning device.The test results were analyzed and summarized.The correctness of the theoretical analysis was verified.And,the success at sea trial marking the development of the ship steel pile flip has the ability to offshore engineering applications.
