This paper explores the atmospheric boundary layer simulation of wind tunnel test and control platform,is a simulation of natural atmospheric boundary layer test,simulation test analysis of flow control platform through a variety of artificial structures and geomorphologic diffusion separation affect the airflow around.Migration,transmission and diffusion of atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel simulation test technology can understand the nature of atmospheric pollution characteristics and various gaseous pollutants in the atmospheric environment,to provide reliable service and technical support for environmental protection and atmospheric prediction.This paper mainly studied the realization and Simulation of atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel test control platform design,to simulate the test process automation for the purpose of designing a new control platform structure system of open platform,overall design,structure processing and debugging functions including experimental aerodynamics,mechanical structure,industrial automatic control theory digital simulation,sensor,computer science and technology and engineering and many other professional knowledge of atmospheric simulation.First of all,based on the simulation test platform design control requirements and performance parameters of the target platform to achieve,the overall technical scheme of the simulation of atmospheric boundary layer wind tunnel test demonstration,including the main composition structure and technical scheme of each subsystem,aerodynamic control platform structure,measurement control and management,and the constituent the contents of the program concise description.Secondly,this paper makes a detailed analysis on the design of hardware control platform,this paper introduces the general design of the fan unit includes a drive motor,motor selection,remote control node design,design wind speed and wind speed control method of different node design.The principle of artificial rainfall simulation,the design and layout of rainfall nozzle and the design of control process of programmable controller are introduced.Again,the design of control system of wind tunnel simulation control platform is analyzed in detail,introduces the variable pitch wind speed regulation technology of remote control fan driven by servo motor,different wind speed range of the sensor measurement technology of wind speed measurement section segment design,to achieve the same speed to take control of wind tunnel flow field with piecewise damping structure design technology,design and design wind tunnel control software of three-dimensional moving mechanism.Finally,through the wind tunnel master control software and various test equipment,the wind tunnel flow field,the three-dimensional moving mechanism and the rainfall process of the control platform are systematically tested,and the test results are analyzed.The design and implementation of the control platform,completed the 0.5~20m/s wind speed range of atmospheric boundary layer environment simulation test function,technical requirements.
