Studies On The Preparation Of Water-based Polymer Emulsions And Multicolor Paints

Polymer emulsions and coats are important materials related to the use in life of the human.This thesis summarizes and discusses the general methods of polymer emulsions,and introduces a new star of coats,i.e.,water based granite imitation paint,in its development,concept,and mechanism and the open questions.Then,we select a type of elastic polymer emulsion,to prepare in our lab.And we also prepare the water based granite imitation paint using the key additives,protective collide and functional wetting agent.The work will be valuable to the marketing and implication of the water based granite imitation paint.1.The preparation and characterization of a type of elastic polymer emulsion.Surfactant SDS,cosurfactant,and acrylic ester polymer monomer and organic silicone functional monomer are used to polymerize into a water-based polymer emulsion.We selected the optimal situation of preparation of the polymer emulsion,and analyze the composition and characterize the morphologies.2.The studies in the key additives and the preparing technology of the water based granite imitation paint.On basis of a lot of experiments,we find out the formula of protective collides of the water based granite imitation paint,and work out a functional wetting agent aiming at the protective colloid.Based on that,we study and develop a set of the preparing technology of the water based granite imitation paint.
