The oil field water injection unit is composed of two parts: the drive motor and the water injection pump.Among them,the decision of water injection efficiency is also the main two parts,so this topic from the drive motor performance to improve the efficiency of water injection unit.Due to the structure of the switched reluctance motor is simple,high efficiency,energy saving,high reliability,the switched reluctance motor control system used in oil field water injection pump,and the controller are developed.After consulting a large number of domestic and foreign literature and information,first on the current situation of the application in the oil field pump motor were introduced,and the application of switched reluctance motor in the oil field pump is composed of water injection unit and do analysis and Study on the feasibility of energy-saving,selection of structure for three-phase 6/4 poles switched reluctance motor as control object,and design a set of closed-loop control system for oilfield water injection,using a switched reluctance motor speed control technology,pressure detection technology,automatic adjustment of the motor speed,the injection pump pressure remained within the pressure range set,realize constant injection.Secondly,the basic structure and working principle of switched reluctance motor are introduced,then it introduces three kinds of commonly used control methods APC,CCC and CVC of switched reluctance motor(SRM),and analyzes their characteristics.The control strategy used in this paper is selected.This paper introduces several kinds of position detection methods in detail,and selects the position detection method used in this subject.furthermore,using TI's TMS320F2812 chip as the main control component of the system,and designs the hardware circuit and software program,hardware design of power converter and driver circuit,position detection circuit,bus voltage and phase winding current detection circuit;The software design is mainly composed of the main program,the initialization program,the interrupt service routine and other subroutines.And also designed for the oil field water injection system with the man-machine interaction window.Finally,the debugging and testing of the controller and the software of the switched reluctance motor are carried out through the experimental platform,the steps and the matters needing attention are explained,and the experimental results are analyzed and explained.The results show that the switched reluctance motor control system applied to oilfield water environment,and ultimately to achieve the purpose of energy saving,and the work efficiency is high,the water injection system of oilfield late large area rectification have a practical application significance.
