The medical industry is concerned with national health and is in a period of rapid development,but the industry has brought a great negative impact on water environment ecology.Pharmaceutical is part of biological or chemical industry,it will produce a large number of pharmaceutical production wastewater,the generality of pharmaceutical wastewater is that the pollutant concentration is higher,ingredients are complex and diverse and biodegradability of the wastewater is poor,,and mostly contains toxic pollutants,which affects health seriously.It will be of great effects on the environment if pharmaceutical wastewater can not get effective treatment,which limits the development of Pharmaceutical industry.The research and exploration of pharmaceutical wastewater treatment technology for water environment protection and economic development has great significance.In order to ensure the sustainable development,exploring suitable biological treatment technology for the wastewater of a specific medical park is necessary,which would promote the coordinated development of economic and environmental protection.In this paper,the selection of biological treatment technology of pharmaceutical wastewater and the effect of ozone synergistic pretreatment on the removal of pollutants were analyzed.A2C/Carrousel 2000 Oxidation Ditch and UNITANK are widely used in water treatment field,both of which are suitable for application in the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater.This paper will studie and compare the effects of two kinds of biological treatment processes on pharmaceutical wastewater treatment.The Biodegradability of the wastewater is poor,and the wastewater is pretreated before biological treatment to improve it.There are two kinds of p r e t r e a t m e n t m e t h o d s:P r e t r e a t m e n t mo d e 1:coagulation-flotation+ozonization+hyd rolysisacidification;Pretreatmentmode2:coagulation-flotation+hydrolysis acidification,to explore and compare the treatment effect of two kinds of biological treatment technology on pharmaceutical wastewater under the conditions of ozonization pretreatment and no ozonization pretreatment,and considering the economic feasibility,choose the best one as a biological treatment technology of the practical project.Through experiment and comparative analysis,the main conclusions are as follows:?1?The amount of ozone injected is 30mg/L in ozonization pretreatment,the reaction time is 50 minutes,the COD and NH3-N and TP removal rate is only 7.2%,5.4%and 25.3%respectively,the concentration of TN in general slightly rose 4.6%,It's obvious that removal efficiency of ozonation is not effective,but ozonation improve effect of treatment of biological treatment process overall.?2?With the combination of UNITANK and"Pretreatment mode 1",the average concentration of five water-quality index?COD and NH3-N,TN,TPand SS?are40mg/L,1.95mg/L,2.07mg/L,0.61mg/L,8.2mg/L respectively,the removal rate of the first four items are 78%,77.5%,77.7%and 8.3%respectively.?3?With the combination of A2C Oxidation Ditch and"Pretreatment mode 1",the average concentration of five water-quality index?COD and NH3-N,TN,TP and SS?are 36 mg/L,1.29 mg/L,2.44 mg/L,1.15 mg/L,18.9 mg/L respectively,the removal rate of first three are 80%,85.4%and 73.6%respectively,the removal efficiency of TP is not good.The rate of flow of two biological treatment process is exactly the same,and the A2C Oxidation Ditch has a slightly better efficiency on the removal of COD than that of the UNITANK,which can be considered as basically consistent.Oxidation Ditch has a better efficiency on the removal of NH3-N in pharmaceutical wastewater,and the effect of UNITANK on the removal of TN,TP and SS is better.The total effect of the pharmaceutical wastewater treated by UNITANK is better than that of A2C Oxidation Ditch.In conclusion,ozonization pretreatment has no obvious effect on the removal of pollutants from pharmaceutical wastewater,but it can improve the biodegradability of pharmaceutical wastewater and improve the effect of biological treatment process to purify pharmaceutical wastewater.The overall effect of UNITANK technology with two pretreatment processes is better than that of Oxidation Ditch.Therefore,combined with ozone pretreatment,UNITANK would be choosed as the biological treatment process of this pharmaceutical wastewater.
